Jane is an accomplished interior designer having worked within major city practices for over 30 years, including 20 years with CPA. Experienced and skilled in the specification and detailed documentation and execution of interior projects, Jane has a mighty vision for design and an eye for detail ensuring her projects are delivered to the highest standards. Jane believes a holistic blend of architecture, interiors and landscape is essential for thriving and original project outcome. Aimee has almost 10 years experience with CPA on a expansive variety of projects including education, lofty quality private housing, home units, commercial office fit out, urban design and retail. She has an integral role in the management of the practice coupled with a high glossy of design awareness and consistently strives for quality outcomes. Aimee believes that good design is a product of a unified collegiate team approach that brings every element of a project together and bonds the building, its interiors and its services as one integrated complete and has a potent role in team coordination. Aimee is a committed minimalist, skilled in pleasing detailing and an extremely suited document or with extensive computer skills. The redevelopment in 199 included the conservation and restoration of the outer fabric as healthy as the addition of the kiosk, fresh perimeter fencing and fresh inner foyer and entry arrangements. The 2009 program was implemented to deliver the restoration and reconstruction of the main pool building structures and interior spaces of the outdoor change rooms as close as feasible to their ingenious from. Extensive onside investigations and research of creative material including photographs were impaired to identify later additions, which were removed. Features of CPA’s involvement as part of the project team included Master planning of street redevelopments, detailed architectural assessment of the character of existing building structures, and as portion of the BBC program development of a range of street furniture, bus shelters and shade structures, using custom and standard off the shelf components to yield a design unique to South Townsville. Flanders Street contains many historic buildings and whilst many keep ingenious features above awning level, almost all have been fitted with fresh contemporary shop fronts and cantilevered awnings over the last 60 years or so. The projects illustrated are properties which at the time (1995) were in one ownership, our task being to research the architectural history of the places and to provide a study indicating the key characteristics and features of the buildings as they were originally constructed. The facility is to server the major residential development program taking place on the land reclaim project to the seaward side of Jupiter Casino and adjacent land to the west. Council approached CPA to prepare sketch designs for budget and forward planning purposes. The foyer was proposed as two stores facing Flanders Street, with the stage areas, change rooms, back of house facilities to the rear. The existing showroom was remodeled to cater for Citroen, Fiat and Ala Romeo franchises. The Audi facility acknowledges the iconic Hangar design model that is nationally and internationally recognized as exclusively Audi. The facility caters for fresh and preowned prestige vehicle sales with service facilities at the rear. The site is distinguished being located at a major intersection and on a state (main) road being the northern entry highway to the City.
