This project reinforces PDT’s expertise within the sport amusement sector as healthy as the addition of another project for PDT in the Morton Bay Regional Council area. This highly visible cultural center is designed to produce a breathtakingly new interpretation on performance and gathering spaces. The City of Sydney invited architects and landscape architects to enter a design competition to create a fresh park and aquatic leisure center for the Green Square area. Our architecture team receive a collaborative and honest approach to all projects, staying focused on the last result to deliver imaginative and client focused solutions that increase value and minimize risk. Australia is falling behind world trends, and with space in established urban centers at an increasing premium, it’s worth asking why we aren’t seeing more examples of genuine, tall quality mixed use projects. The office fit out seeks to enable and enhance contemporary design practice, through innovative use of space, choice of material and overarching sustainable practices. We comprehend the importance of heritage listed buildings within our industry and are passionate about our designs surrounding these buildings. With space for up to 150 guests the newly adapted cricket pavilion is a valued addition to sporting and event facilities at historic Toowoomba Grammar School. PDT prepared and implemented the Master plan for the strategic development of one of Queensland’s maximum particular heritage listed buildings, Brisbane Arcade. What is historic is worth saving this is the focus that our specialized heritage team have on each and every project. Our studio understands landscape as processes, systems, spaces and forms. PDT Landscape Architects worked to achieve the clients vision of the largest green wall in Queensland. PDT produced the master plan, design and documentation for a quality learning environment to serve prep to year 12 coeducation. PDT Landscape Architects have just completed the concept design for stage 13 of a new subdivision in Bundaberg. Our team are highly experienced in occupied on projects that have successfully achieved Green Star Accreditation and can work with clients towards this goal should they wish to attain this slick of accreditation.
